Service Express annually surveys hundreds of IT professionals annually to uncover their top priorities, challenges, and plans for the future. The 2025 Data Center and Infrastructure Report captured insights from 900 IT professionals worldwide. The distribution of this 30-page report is attributed to generating $1.2 million in revenue and 3,300 leads.

I designed the report, for both print and digital distribution, as well as the accompanying promotional materials.
