Service Express annually surveys hundreds of IT professionals to uncover their top priorities, challenges, and plans for the future. The 2026 Data Center and Infrastructure Report captures insights from 900 IT professionals worldwide. The most recent 30 page report, unveiled in December 2025, analyzes the data and includes commentary from Service Express leadership.

I designed the report, for both print and digital distribution, and art directed the accompanying promotional materials.
