Each year, Service Express presented an annual theme to capture the company’s internal focus. I designed badge-style illustrations to inspire alignment and rally employees, which was presented company-wide each January by the CEO. Concepts were developed in close collaboration with executive leadership and refined through multiple rounds of feedback.
